How the shoot works

1. Send the details. Tell me the location, approximate size, number of bedrooms and preferred date. Include a listing link or a few phone photographs if available.

2. Receive a clear quote. We agree on coverage, the image set, delivery timing, travel and any extras before booking.

3. Prepare the property. Clean the rooms, make the beds, clear surfaces, hide personal items and check that lights work. I can provide preparation advice before the visit.

4. Photography and editing. I photograph the agreed spaces and edit the selected images for brightness, colour and perspective.

5. Receive your photographs. Files are supplied for your listing platforms, website and social media. I can help you select a cover photograph and arrange the image order.
